Bulb carbon calculator (2019-20)
The brief
Design content, then write product copy and microcopy for a new carbon offsetting product from Bulb, as well as marketing copy in emails and on the Bulb website.
I undertook my own research to understand the market for carbon offsetting, and the kind of information users required before they signed up and spent money on offsetting their carbon footprint. Then I worked closely with designers and developers to make sure that information and content was part of the design process. I also consulted experts in carbon science to make sure my copy was accurate as well as clear and simple.
